Samtykke til indhentelse af børneattest

I forbindelse med din ansættelse hos ProfilService, har vi en retslig forpligtelse til at indhente børneattest på medarbejderne, som udfører rent på områder, hvor børn og unge også har adgang. Børneattesten fortæller hvis man har været dømt for forbrydelser mod børn eller unge. Du kan læse mere omkring børneattester fra Det Centrale Kriminalregister her eller på www.borger.dk.

Når du har udfyldt, og underskrevet, nedestående formular, indhenter ProfilService børneattesten hos politiet. Du kan ikke selv indhente denne. Informationer i denne formular slettes efter 10 dage og kan ikke genskabes herefter.

In connection with your employment at ProfilService, we have a legal obligation to obtain a child certificate for employees who clean areas where children and young people also have access. The child certificate tells you if you have been convicted of crimes against children or young people. You can read more about child certificates from the Central Criminal Register here or at www.borger.dk.

When you have filled in and signed the form below, ProfilService obtains the child certificate from the police. You cannot obtain this yourself. Information in this form is deleted after 10 days and cannot be recreated thereafter.

Du kan trække din samtykke for indhentelse og opbevaring af børneattest tilbage. Vær opmærksom på at besiddelse af en gyldig børneattest, er nødvendigt for at arbejde på pladser, hvor børn og unge har adgang. Trækkes denne samtykke tilbage, anses dette som øjeblikkelig fratrædelse, fra arbejdstagers side. Hvis du ønsker at trække samtykke tilbage, skal du kontakte HR@ProfilService.dk eller din nærmeste leder.

You can withdraw your consent for obtaining and storing the child's certificate. Please note that possession of a valid child certificate is necessary to work in places where children and young people have access. If this consent is withdrawn, this is considered immediate resignation on the part of the employee. If you wish to withdraw consent, you must contact HR@ProfilService.dk or your immediate manager.
